Situated midway between the fishing village of Appledore and the village of Westward Ho! (famed for its wide sandy beach and the Royal North Devon Golf Club), this is the perfect place to relax.

The retreat is a multi-disciplinary centre and was founded by Louis Woolf, whose specialised practitioner skills in the field of natural medicine use the most appropriate method of combination therapy for each client, stemming from a wide-angled approach and belief in enhancing the body's natural ability to heal itself.
